Newest Recruits and Very Few Quests

I've been putting off the newest Recruits because I was trying to get the quests done. I shouldn't have. I realized that the Quests tab needs reworked and that'll be a whole thing. As a note, any quests currently in the Quests tab should be considered WIP, but I'll still accept any feedback on the formatting, writing, or content of them. I've been busy and might continue to be for the near future, but I hope to get the next version, along with a healthy chunk of quests, out in time for the next ToM update.
