v0.4, A Taste of Customization.

First, a forewarning, if you want to keep your saved data then you need to move or copy the Config.xml file. I have included a default one for now until I fix the fact that the program require that one exist.

Now for the update itself, it's not much but it's the groundwork for the future. I have implemented a basic version of the Custom Theme. You can currently only select from a small pool of colors to create your own theme which will be saved to your Config.xml. Unfortunately, to trigger the Custom Theme, you have to select at least one color (it can be a color that's already selected, though). A color picker for true customization will probably be the last thing I do.

I've also put together a quick version of the Shrine tab. I'm not certain what I'm going to do with this tab but the basics are there.

Updates will continue to be slow for a bit, so the Skill tab will have to wait a while, sorry.
