A quick and simple update. v0.4.1

Firstly, your saved data is safe once again. I have removed the need for a default Config.xml and will no longer be including one.

Next, I have added a quick and rough Growth Style to the Recruit Info and Shrine tabs. This will inform you of each recruit's main style(s) of growth. By default, all recruits grow in height, so I only use height for those that have no other main growth style. The information is subjective and I'm open to any opinions on making changes to it.

Life goes on, so there will be no more major updates for at least a week, if not longer. Suggestions are still welcome, as I can still do minor updates or changes that you guys bring up.
