Newest .xml for Skill Sorting + Images

As promised, but way later than intended, the Recruit list has been updated so all skills are tagged. I'm messing around with other skill sorting filters currently and could use some input from you guys.

I've started and have mostly finished an echo calculator so you know how many of each echo you need to in order get your Recruits to what Rank you want them to be. This change will also save the Current Rank of any Recruits you have marked as recruited. I'm aiming to release the next update to the Mystrapedia proper shortly after the next ToM update.

I've also decided to upload a few images that I've made whilst exploring to help people if they want them. They include a map of Nyth Plains, a rough map of where to find the lost souls for the Goth/Imp quest, and the solution I used for the mirror maze in the Estate.
